Before you register, a couple of things you’ll need to agree to:
(1) You will only bring and sell your own hand-made, designed, or produced items. This is not a re-sell market.
(2) You will keep your vendor space open both days, for the duration of each day. If you sell out, we ask you leave your space setup until the close of market on Day 2. This is best practice for your fellow vendors.
(3) Birds Fly South Ale Project is a production brewery. We are not a ‘blank canvas’ type event space. We make every effort to accommodate special requests and to provide a supportive, welcoming space for you to sell your items. In return we need and appreciate your flexibility and understanding that things may look a little bit different than other markets held in more conventional spaces.
(3)(a)Some vendor spaces will be in the heart of our production area. As such you have access to areas typically off-limits to the public. We appreciate that you agree not to touch or utilize barrels, walls, tanks, or other equipment during the market.
Please register using the same email you originally applied with so we can verify your info. Once registered you’ll receive an email with further details about the market, day-of logistics, and other fun stuff. The deadline to register is Wednesday, November 14th. If we don’t receive your registration by then your spot may be given away to an artist on the wait list.
