This tart and complex Flanders Red spends a full year in a Foeder before blending with and refermenting on 200 pounds of cherries for an additional six months. Ruby red in the glass, this annual favorite hits with cinnamon and oak on the nose before delivering a strong dose of cherry on the palate.
